The lubrication has run out of the wheel bearing...

The lubrication has run out of the wheel bearing too. Be prepared for the bearings to fail. I replaced my main wheel bearings with bronze bushings made by local machine shop.

Landing lights on the gear and in the tip tanks come on when flaps are in mid or full down

I had it set up as two tanks feeding the fuel system for a total of about 165 oz including the 10 oz UAT. No smoke system now but maybe later, there's plenty of room to add it mounted above the fuel...
