The cheapest option would be to repair by brazing and other than building your own set, replacements from HH are the only ones I know of.

Opening up the stock baffles is not the answer unless you cut up the cowl to add a significant amount more of air exit venting too... For proper airflow you need approximately 4 times as much more...
