0.024 gap is what NGK recommends for strongest spark. thats why it works. Smaller gaps, weakerspark, bigger gaps and you need more electrical current to jump the gap

I have found that props do affect CG. Even though it is rotating mass, it still has an effect on balance.

For example, a Wood JXF 11x6 weighs 18pr, a plastic APC 11x6 weighs 45gr. thats quite bit....

correct. This appears to be a standard practise across their range of airplanes. they provide the most forward CG position to facilitate successful maiden flights

well not sure why flaperons are needed on any aerobat, the wing loading is low enough so just fly them in and they stop rolling pretty quickly.

On planes with higher wing loading like Scale...

Flaperons a bad thing..?this is a first.

Flaperons at as spoilers on the ground but do slow down landing speeds. Iuse them on my Yak 55 10e and they work just fine at slowing down a taper...
