The syssa and dle are two different engines, one loves rpm and one torque. But I think the syssa wins..

No its the stock engine box, I just epoxied plywood onto it (btw cowl fits perfectly) and using the stock LG but reinforced with fiberglass cloth outside.

Well for now I am using a Menz 16x10 wood...

willig10 - Thanks but I plan to fibreglass the whole engine box and put tri-sock around the corners.

Guys do I need to do the fibreglassing inside or outside or both?

The engine come by default with only three standoffs instead of four as other brands do and has black anodized billet crankcase.

No I plan to use 4-40 pushrods, problem is that with Z bends and L bends restrict servo movement, whereas with ball joints servo would be free to move with no slop.

Well actually I plan to JB weld a Dubro threaded coupler to the pushrod instead of soldering, then I would be able to use the ball links. Do you think it would be strong enough?

Mike - Better try APC 15x8 first, then 15x10. But Xoar or Vess 15x8 would be better!! Also are still using the stock control horns and pushrods?
