Well, that's quite a bit wider than the 50cc Reactor then; measured mine tonite and it is only 7" wide at the back of the cowl. Should fairly easy to fit a standard muffler on a 50cc motor then [8D]...

If the fuse on the R90 is similar to my Reactor (and it does look fairly narrow), then the standard muffler on a side exhaust 50cc engine will likely require hacking the cowl. Not even close to...

Bummer the LHS couldn't waive more of that shipping fee for you...I mostly order off the net but do try to support the LHS as well. Ordered a big plane from Chief last fall, and it was free shipping...
