That much weight would make a huge difference. What else did you do to reduce weight. Taking the k45 out completely would not make up that weight difference.

Initial tests showed near identical idle thrust and slightly less fuel burn at 10lbs thrust compared to K45. I have not heard their full throttle fuel burn. Full throttle output was as advertised.

i gave burn rate in fluid oz as most of us choose tank size by volume. KT lists fuel burn in weight oz. our fuel burn is close to the stated fuel burn if you convert to fluid oz.

I am putting a K45 in a different plane. Did you go through all 30oz in 4 minutes at full throttle or was there still reserve. trying to decide how much fuel I want to put on board.
