Mine's finally done. It'll be flown 1st time hopefully this weekend and we'll see how she does at 6,800 MSL with DA approaching 9K+. Would've flown a week ago but something was amiss in the PST...

High temp. (automotive) enamel - the stuff used on tubular headers/exhaust works good/looks OK too - there are a variety of colors to choose from - this takes care of the porosity issue with the Heat...

Matt Carroll was asking about a kevlar tank in a separate thread. Has anybody been able to make contact with Gary Mueller to see if he's going to produce tanks for this gem of a jet?
