The Bush Wheels shocks are a bit pricey at $95.00 a pair. The O ring size I have been using is #216.
ID = 1.125
OD = 1.375
Section DIA is .125
95 bucks buys a lot of O rings.

I have been pleased with the H9 J3 powered by a Saito 21cc 4stroke gas engine. It swings a Xoar 17-6 prop. I don't know if it would be enough for the J3 on floats.

With the fuel tank located ahead of the CG, always balance with the tank empty. As fuel burns off during the flight the CG will be moving further...
