I am using stock rubber band and they work just fine. You will need 4 rubber bands. I made few take off and landings the other day and the gear worked great!

Ken,
I spoke wiht guys at Great Hobbies and Perry pumps, they recommend using Perry VP-30 pump. Apparently thats the solution!!

I have long exhaust pipe. Now that you mentioned tank level, mine is way off, the carb seems to be at floor level of the tank, looks like I might need perry pump. McDaniel glow driver is for...

Ken thanks for your compliment. It is OS FT-160 in my cub, it is bit different from saito twin in term of installation. Firstly it needs a longer standoff. Secondly it mounts much lower than saito,...

I have a fuel dot on the side of the fuse. its a small fuel dot.
