Wow! that's a lot! Usually, if the plans don't match the parts, the parts are right. Plans will expand and contract as they are shipped to various climates. Parts not so much. But that much? I dunno....

Yeah, the D-box definitely makes for a stronger wing, not to mention a truer airfoil. Weight gain is minimal. I guess Sig is trying to keep the price down. The Kobra is even cheaper then the Rascal....
