How many of these are still airworthy? Mine is still flying, as is my big ol' DHC-2 Beaver with the VVRC 40cc twin! Love the older H9 stuff!

Default Mine is still going strong...

It stays on its floats most of the time and I've learned to tolerate the evolution 33 just enough to not replace it LOL. It is a PNP outfit with the hangar 9 floats. Heavy and leak like crazy :-(. The only thing I've had an issue with is I bounced the landing on floats and had to re glue rear lower fuselage crossmember as the original glue let go. Otherwise it's been very dependable and the Monocoat holds up great compared to foam in my opinion! I'm with you on the older stuff I buy anything I can from hangar 9 or great planes ARFs on eBay!

Default Part #

Does anybody know if the larger floats on the hanger 9 site will fit the PA18 Supercub? I contacted Hanger 9 and told me to come to this forum for the best answers considering the PA-18 is discontinued. https://www.horizonhobby.com/1-5-scale-float-set-han6030jThanks in advance. Part # HAN6030 if the link doesn't work.

Those are for the smaller cub.

You want the discontinued 1/4-Scale Cub Floats (HAN4580) if you can find some.

Goodmorning everyone!
I took back my SuperCub to which I had changed the engine, how many degrees does it have to be offset to the right and down? 1,5 ° / 2 °? It's correct?

I thought the offset was built into the firewall

You have reason! I measure and the engine mounting on the firewall is perfectly oriented 2° to right an 1,5°/2° to down
Thankyou very much!
